Unlocking a phone is often necessary where your handset is locked to another service provider. Perhaps you’ve just finished your contract, or maybe you’ve been given your phone by someone else and it’s locked to a different network? Unlocking your phone means you can use any network’s sim card, giving you the freedom to switch providers, lower your costs and pass on or sell your phone to others.

2. Fill in the simple form: give us basic details like make and model of the phone as well as the IMEI number (you can get this by dialling #06#

3. Choose a payment method: we accept all major credit and debit cards which are processed via PayPal, you do not need an account

4. Receive instructions on how to unlock your phone by email or text. Simply follow the instructions and your unlock will be complete
